Manny has a diverse set of responsibilities within GLH. He takes great pride in helping drive innovation and growth through unique perspectives and ideas and is always looking for ways to improve the team's tools and processes to better serve customers. He is also responsible for handling ticket escalations and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

 Manny grew up in the Bay Area but has recently become a Michigander, where he is now raising his family. He enjoys barbecuing on the weekends and attempting to cook foods only available in the Bay.
